This is an actual conversation with a friend of ours:

'Your place deserves 10 stars... I am staying at a place with 4.6 stars on Siesta Key, and here are the photos:

- Gum stuck on a comforter and an unmade bed upon arrival
- Dust, sand, and dirt on several surfaces
- A random mix of mismatched furniture, looking like they furnished the place in one weekend with yard sale finds
- Random dirty scatter and bath mats were placed throughout the unit

Why is this important?

Even though a 4.6 may sound good (it's still a 92 out of a score of 100), why not stay at a 4.98 (a 99.6 out of a score of 100)?

Sometimes, we cannot accommodate all of our friends, but when we can, they can rest easy knowing they will not experience similar situations. Think twice when booking a stay. With us, you can rest easy, knowing you are staying with a Guest Favorite as voted on Airbnb! Book today!

Well, it's because... We've Got the Flavor!

Some stays are barebones, offering only the essentials: basic sheets, scratchy towels, and good luck finding honey for your cup of tea.

Not only do we provide complimentary tea, coffee, spices, oils, vinegar, laundry detergent, and more – the list goes on and on – but everything is of high quality!

Don't settle for the two-star hotel off Siesta Key or the Airbnb with questionable hygiene standards! For the price of two rooms at that basic 2-star "Compustable" hotel, you can book our beautiful place on Siesta Key in a luxurious setting.

We sometimes receive feedback that our prices are slightly higher than others. That is true and let's share why.

We include many amenities that are simply not included in other vacation rentals on Siesta Key. This includes items like toiletries, laundry detergents, cleaning supplies, paper goods, coffee, teas, spices, and so much more. This is all included in your rental!

Also, we include a variety of beach supplies that often rentals on the Key do not include and you have to rent for a day on the beach. This can easily be an extra $50+ a day that is not shown in the rental price.

The first morning when you grab that bag of coffee to make a fresh cup of Joe, that moment when you use that last sheet of toilet paper on the roll, or when you spill a drop of wine on your favorite white shirt, you will be thinking you are glad you ended up booking our villa for your stay.

In short, make sure that when you book a rental that it includes all these added extras, so you're not paying for all the hidden costs while on the Key!
