It's been quite a ride these past couple of months with back to back Hurricanes. As most of you know, we did suffer some damage to our property from Hurricane Helene and Milton but NO damage to any of the condo units at all.

We are well underway in the restoration process of our lobby and office areas. All new porcelain tile flooring has been installed and new paint will be complete this week. Our large beautiful pool is fully operational with new pumps and heaters. Out on our back bay, all gas grills, shuffleboard, tables and benches are available for your enjoyment.

Our Beach Access repairs are underway and should be completed by the time of your arrival. We are working tirelessly to get the tennis and pickleball courts repaired as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, at this time we can not guarantee they will be available for your use during your stay. Our goal is get them repaired as soon as possible.

Restoration progress update:

We are close to completing the first floor lobby and office area restoration work from the hurricanes. We appreciate everyone’s patience as this work is being completed. The new tile is complete and next week the walls will be painted to complete this portion of the restoration project.

Reminder not a single unit was damaged from the storms, our pool is fully operational and ready for your enjoyment. Our Back Bay area picnic benches, chairs and grills and boat docks are ready for your use. We are working tirelessly to get the tennis and pickle ball courts repaired as quickly as possible.

We look forward to seeing everyone soon and please keep the Anchorage in your thoughts for your next stay in Siesta Key!!

"Drywall repairs are underway in the lobby and main office. Flooring will be next in the lobby and office area. This should be completed by next week.
Pool is now open and ready for your enjoyment with new pumps, motor and heaters."

SORRY WE'RE CLOSED
**Hurricane Helene & Milton Update**
Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene & Milton, The Anchorage Yacht and Tennis Club will still be closed to guests until further notice. Reservations scheduled to arrive from September 26th through Nov. 2nd will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. Reservations scheduled to arrive after November 2nd and onward will be notified of reservation status by Nov.5th. None of our condos substained any damage. However, the property did suffer some damage from both Hurricanes. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We hope to reopen soon. Updates to come.

We were fortunate to not have any substantial damage to report. We are currently addressing some property damage to areas such as the pool and tennis court. We will share any updates as they occur.
