We still have our calendar blocked as we do not have a firm countertop arrival. We also have to tend to the fine details like redecorating and making sure every last item is replaced. After many months, our complex finally released us to allow owners to use their own contractor. From that day on is when I started seeing progress! Very thankful to have great contractors that patiently waited to help us get this going!! 🙌💪🫶🌴

Paint colors are picked! Will be a nice earthy grey wall paired with the perfect shades of white for trim, doors and ceiling. Hall bath will have a slight pop of color. Thankful & grateful for my designer friends help picking the smaller details!

All of my docs for our final flood review were submitted this morning in a nice and tidy package. If all goes well we will have the drywall and walls painted very soon!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

May is one of my absolute favorite months to visit Siesta Key!
