Welcome home!
First and foremost, thank you for choosing our home as your home away from home on beautiful Siesta Key. We take great pride in having a place we can all call home, a safe and clean home, a comfortable and enjoyable home, a spot in paradise that you can also call home.
We have been coming to Siesta Key for many years and knew immediately that we would make this area our home one day. There is something for everyone not only on the island but off in nearby places like St. Armand, downtown Sarasota, Marie Selby Gardens and Ringling Museum just to name a few. We fell in love with the laid-back atmosphere, the friendly locals and of course the beaches. We in fact were married here right on Siesta Key beach! Here we will share with you some of our recommendations. It is difficult to outline everything for everyone since there is so much to do, things to see, places to eat, and miles of white sandy beaches to enjoy.
Beaches, beaches, beaches – that is why you came! You will find a beach cart, chairs and umbrella downstairs in the back yard for your enjoyment. We are walking distance to two beach access points. Walk past downtown Siesta Key and down Avenida Messina for direct access to the beach or enjoy any of the very close beach access that are also walking distance from our home – our favorite access is Access 5. Either way you will have a great time anywhere you land on our beaches. You will also see business in downtown which you can rent paddle boards, bikes among other toys – they will even drop off paddle boards at the beach for you. We recommend you use Ride and Paddle by Siesta Sports or Robin Hood Rentals on the island. You can also rent boats and jet skis at CB’s Saltwater Outfitters. You can have a great time on our great intercostal water ways with many sights to see, restaurants to enjoy and beaches to play on. An important note is that while you can take coolers to the beaches, there are no glass containers allowed.
