THE SARASOTA SURF AND RACQUET CLUB DID NOT SUSTAIN ANY DAMAGE FROM THE STORM AND IS ACCEPTING ARRIVALS AS OF THURSDAY AUGUST 31ST. THE BEACHES HAVE SUSTAINED SOME EROSION, THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE OF SEAWEED AT THE SHORELINE, AND THE WATER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE AT THIS TIME.
SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL FOR THE UPCOMING LABOR DAY WEEKEND, WE ARE OFFERING FULL REFUNDS.

Guest Notices:

Sarasota County Government has issued a MANDATORY EVACUATION ahead of Hurricane Idalia for Siesta Key, to take affect by Tuesday August 29th at 2:00pm. Please be advised that both bridges leading on and off of the key will be locked in the UP position during the evacuation.
The evacuation order has been issued for Zone A only at this time.
The Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club offices will be closed starting at 12noon on Tuesday August 29th until the evacuation order has been lifted. As this is a fast moving storm, we hope to be able to assess the storm and any damage on Thursday August 31st.
