We are located in a very safe cul de sac on the beach side of Midnight Pass road. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room

ally a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to our pool. Many people who rent in the middle of the island have to get in a car to shop or eat or get a cup of coffee. Not with our location!! It is a 1 minute walk to the shops of Crescent Beach village- drug store, pizza, 7-11, souvenirs, post office, bike and kayak rentals, bars, restaurants, etc- very convenient. Capt Curt's is a seafood restaurant just a couple of minutes walk. There is also Miguel's (continental), Toasted Mango Cafe (breakfast and lunch) and City Pizza an Italian restaurant (great NY style pizza) also a 2 minute walk. Boat, jet ski and para-sailing rental at the marina are a 5 minute walk. There is also a free shuttle service to and from Siesta Key Village (takes about 5-7 minutes). The rental includes (at no extra charge) beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, beach toys, beach towels, wireless internet, cable TV, radio, books, magazines, games, washer/dryer in a separate laundry room, appliances,and much, much more. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils. Practically anything you would have in your own home. We also supply you with a roll of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, sponge,scrubber, etc
We also are one of the few places to have a large private backyard, with a gas BBQ grill (propane included), patio dining table and lounge chairs. Our place is recently updated, very clean, comfortable and very pleasant to stay in. The villas are ground floor- no steps to climb. and parking is right outside the door. This is great for when you are loading and unloading luggage or groceries or returning from the beach. It is really a terrific value for the money and we are sure that you would love staying here.
