We have a great condo available to our friends (or friends of our friends) who are looking for a very nice place to unwind and relax. Modern interior - all the amenities you would want for a home. The winter months GO EARLY - if you are looking to book for next season call as soon as possible. We do have guests that have standing dates - and we give them priority because of their years of support. Our rates are in US dollars.. January through April 1,800.00 per week
May through June 1,575 per week
July through Sept. 1,500 per week. through December 1,650 per week. Plus an 150 dollar cleaning charge at the end of your stay. To Book :

Located just 1.5 hours south of both Tampa international airport - or St. Petersburg international airport. Or 20 minutes away from SRQ (Sarasota/Bradenton international airport). Finally, one hour North of Ft Meyers international airport. Best way to get there - fly to Tampa or Ft Meyers - rent your car, and do a 1 to 1.5 hour drive. You will need a car anyways - more options flying through tampa, St. Pete's, or Ft. Meyers. However - SRQ does have some direct flights going from YYZ as well. Condo is Less than three hours to Orlando - Less than 2 hours to Tampa and ST. Petes. Sarasota offers tons of great restaurants, aquariums, and the Ringling Brothers Museum. Siesta key has the Siesta Village - with great shops, Restaurants and activities within walking distance of the condo. Plus great weather!
