Otherwise a 6 mos lease $2200 a month plus utilities and includes weekly cleaning from our personal property manage to dust and clean surface to maintain the property.

Centrally located in, 1 hr to orlando, 2hr to either the ocean, the Gulf or the Atlantic. 3 hrs to Miami.
This is a large single wide trailer with new exterior siding, and a large enclosed Florida room. Exterior updated as well, with a propane firepit for evening enjoyment, solar lighting ambience.

This home has been completely renovated. 1 bedroom+ 1 bathroom, central air, smart tv, new furnishings, community wifi, new flooring, new mattress, new bedding, new bath and new kitchen cabinets, new windows in trailer, shed and much more. This includes a weekly house cleaner to dust and clean our home.

This home has a coffee bar, ceramic sink, convection oven, glass stove top, with lots of extra space to move.
