She offers numerous classes at Big Sky in Simsbury, the Senior Center of Simsbury and teaches after school fitness classes for the Simsbury Board of Education. You can find out more information by going to www.simsburyseniors.com All ages and levels welcome. If you don't have time to make it to one of her amazing classes, you can check her out every morning Monday through Friday on SPTV with her show "Journey Into Yoga"& “Journey into Fitness”. Check the SPTV website for times. Susan made her first television appearance on Better Connecticut where co-host's Scot Haney and Kara Sundlun were able figure out which workouts work for them! Susan has also been seen on NBC-CT Live sharing her love of fitness with tips for a healthier you from the inside out. Join Susan in Studio R on Facebook live for all your workout needs.
