Tell me you’re local without telling me you’re local. I’ll go first. Doesn’t everyone’s fall fest Friday end with eating a Husby's gravy burger on the back porch of the Bowl after day 1 of 3 back to back bar shifts at the absolute epicenter of this festival? Or snapping this picture on the way home?

I’m at home now watching the dogs sniff around outside. I hear multiple bands just a block or two away, a couple car alarms and the sound of tipsy tourists try to find their airbnb. It feels like summer but the wind says otherwise. Happy Fall Fest, everyone! Come see us tomorrow and Sunday at the bowl during the day!

From my perch at the service bar, I got some natural fireworks tonight. We’re nearly at peak, Sister Bay along with every local and business in Northern Door has this eerie feeling of an oncoming storm and I’m here for it. Let’s do this, Fall Fest. Our client homes are prepped and I’m settling in for five shifts in the next six days at Sister Bay Bowl so come see me tonight and Thursday in service bar, Friday serving lunch, Saturday & Sunday day bar in the big bar for all your libation needs!
