One of our favourite Cascade lakes to paddle board is Devils Lake just past Mt Bachelor on Cascade Lakes Highway (Hwy 46).
It’s around 50 minutes from Six Mountain View but well worth the drive!
Grab a coffee from @tumalocoffeehouse (Tumalo) or @palatecoffee (Bend) on the way and head up towards Mt Bachelor.
Check out Elk Lake and Hosmer Lake while you are up there!

The Alpacas @crescentmoonranch is always a fun place to take the family when you are in Central Oregon. Located in Terrebonne and filled to the gills with the most insanely cute alpacas it never fails to delight. Open from 10am to 4pm and just a 35-minute drive from the SixMtnView barn. Don’t forget to check out the store at the ranch for things alpacas. The socks are a treat. Add it to a visit to Smith Rock for a great long afternoon out.
