TREETOP ADVENTURE – Sitkan Sharyn Ferrick works her way around one of the aerial paths at the newly opened Sheet’ka Treetop Adventures park at 4775 Halibut Point Road Tuesday. Watching from a bench in background is Erik Marter, of Northwest Adventures and Synergo, who helped set up the park. Shee Atika Inc., which owns the attraction, leases the land near the Sitka Sound Cruise Terminal from the city. The Native corporation hosted Tuesday’s grand opening and lunch.
