Honest review from Woodland Empire's once and only Beer Jesus: The beer is not the same and neither is the energy.
Nobody is paying me to tell you that Keely is just gone and I doubt they will ever find anyone to rival pure punk pirate energy or
hilarious banter.
That's not happening.

I will tell you that I am going to pickup a few rare beers before they're gone forever.

And I will come back for the memories but maybe not forever.

Things have changed.

But they do have a perfectly decent Urban Farmhouse Ale that tastes just slightly of sun warmed dandelions, and I am alright with that.

The life that I chose to live this year led to another unique adventure with a new friend. Jenn Johnson invited me to hike the pyroclastic plain of MT St Helens, and after all the people from our lives raised their eyebrows with mild skepticism, I accepted her generosity and her invitation for adventure. I'm thankful for your hospitality and your friendship, Jenn. You are a wonderful story teller and a kindred spirit. Your heart and your spirit filled buoyed is both during a rainswept adventure to a smoking volcano.

My novel, Asphyxiation Darling was written on my grandfather's ancestral farm in Kuna, Idaho in 2002 and 2003.
I was alone with a computer and whatever ghosts wished to visit me. In the morning, I drank coffee and smoked on the porch while watching the birds play in the sunrise. I read whatever I liked until lunch and then wrote in journals for months until I finally had the tiny seed of an idea for my first novel.
