Good morning Facebook friends, just want to pass on a warning before you book your trip to the Iberostar Paraiso in Cancun. When you arrive they let you check in and you think everything is fine. You have all the birthdays correctly entered on the reservation. Then two days later you are told you owe more money and then get LOCKED OUT of your room!!! if you don't pay. This hotel and Nexus was a nightmare , so don't book them. They were booked with VACATION EXPRESS and they were no help at all!.....Susie
