Our Cooking Summer Camp " The flavors of the world" Day 1 México. We made sopes, kids work with their hands making the corn dough. We also made tacos dorados.

Last weekend I went to the country dude and cut some fresh zuchinni blossoms. So this friday Cooking class we made one one of my favorite recipes, Stuffed Poblano peppers with huitlacoche and Oaxaca cheese with a sauce of zuchinni blossoms.
They we're a manjar!!!
