Feel free to roam over three acres and enjoy the gentle breeze on your face, grab your fishing pole and chair to enjoy the sunrise while catching giant catfish and bass while sipping your morning coffee. Back at the house enjoy a fire while watching the sunset and grilling with family and friends. Sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms and living area for overflow. Sleep on the decks around the home if you dare or setup a tent down by the river! After sunset grab a book along with a glass of wine and read to your hearts delight, play games until midnight or stay up all night watching the shooting stars across the night sky. Enjoy a short drive to Smithville a picturesque and quintessential small town while grabbing lunch at Pockets Grille or Honeys Pizza. Then check out Bone Spirits Distillery, Buescher State Park or Rocky Hill Ranch for mountain biking enthusiasts!
