Our ATV tour through the village took place today, an experience I’ve looked forward to, especially the chance to spend time with the beautiful children. I came for the babies. We brought gifts for the village, and the children were happy regardless of what they received. We also toured one of the homes to get a better understanding of the living conditions and learned that 8-10 people may live in one home; rooms the size of walk in closets, seeing this left some of us in tears. Mother Africa, this experience will be unforgettable and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be here. The Journey continues…🙏🏽
