I'd like to say a special thank you to Dennis Chasse, summer resident on Crescent Beach, who has been donating his time and beautiful pontoon boat (and fuel!) weekly for the Save Our Sodus Weekly Water Testing program. He's worked closely with Nellie Gardner and Ann Ghyzel to determine locations, collect water samples, and chase down invasive species for Nell, our Cornell-certified agronimist!

Yesterday Dennis took our team on the water with Seth Voorhees of Spectrum News for hours, documenting the process of water testing. Thank you Seth! Thank you W3 team!

SO proud of this team from University of Rochester, Prof April Luehmann and pre-service teachers, who have spent the last 15+ years teaching STEM to our kids in the Sodus Schools summer program! And who makes it all happen? Director Jay Roscup and Valerie Fanning and Tammy Thiel of the Community Schools program!

SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL YOU DO for our kids!

Here they are planting a beautiful magnolia tree yesterday in the courtyard at the school. She was christened "Maggie May" and will blossom each year for the kids to see!
