Yesterday, CBS Sunday Morning covered the plant-based milk trend, and spoke with client Elmhurst 1925. In 2016, the legacy dairy brand closed its doors and reopened a year later with a line of only plant-based milks, embracing consumer preferences for non-dairy milk.

While Americans today are drinking 37% less milk than they did 50 years ago, the market for plant-based milks has skyrocketed – but is a beverage derived from almonds or oats "milk," or "juice"?

Our new favorite summertime recipe features client GT’s Kombucha’s summer edition, Unity! This simple jam recipe is berry delicious! 📷:
Ingredients:
3 Cups Strawberries
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp GT's KOMBUCHA Unity (Cherry, Coconut, Lemongrass)
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

Directions
Hull and roughly chop 3 cups of strawberries. Add to saucepan. Add maple syrup and GT’s KOMBUCHA Unity into the saucepan & cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, until the mixture is soft and juicy. Add chia seeds and stir until well blended. Remove the saucepan from heat, and let cool. Once the mixture has thickened to a jam consistency, transfer to a glass jar. Store in fridge, and enjoy over toast or pancakes. Yum!
