1. We have lots of fun yard games! We have bocce ball, corn hole and lots more!
2. We have a large fire pit and provide skewers for making s’mores 🤤
3. We regularly see a moose family on property, they live in the woods next to our property and love to see what’s going on KAC!
4. Our property is 13 acres.
5. We are family owned and have military affiliations 🫡
6. We love groups! If you’re hosting a wedding, family reunion we can’t wait to be your venue!

1. The original 3 couples and partners that found KAC. A brother and sister combo and one of their daughters!
2. Zander! Zander is our current property manager and handy man. He’s running the physical property
3. Kathryn! She is the newest member to our team and is taking over the property in March. She is in charge of marketing and is running the behind the scenes with the partners. Attached is a photo of her and her spouse, Ethan who’ll be helping come March
