2020 saw a drop in business trips and a growth of virtual events (and we can confirm that we managed a lot of virtual events!). According to WTTC (World Travel & Tourism Council) in 2022 we will see an increase in business trips events though we are still fighting against new COVID variants: +41% in Asia, +35% in the US, and +36% in Europe. Let's see what happens in the following months ;)

Happy ! This week we're checking out Florence, the capital of Tuscany. Florence is often referred to as the birthplace of the Renaissance. Producing great minds such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei, and far too many others to name, it's easy to see how Florence has earned itself the title of the "Birthplace of the Renaissance". If we're talking about the Renaissance though, what I've mentioned barely even scratches the surface. Florence is a city filled with rich history and stunning artwork at every turn, it's definitely one of our favorites!

Happy National Espresso Day! Coffee beans made for espresso are usually roasted longer than regular coffee beans. Additionally, espresso beans are grinded to a much finer consistency than regular coffee beans. After the espresso beans have been grinded down, they are firmly packed together and hot water is forced through these grindings. This results in a higher concentration of caffeine, which is why espresso cups are so small and referred to as "shots". ☕️
