Basic steps for a good newsletter

I am happy to announce that I have officially moved. my new location is
441 Elizabeth Ave Suite 101 Somerset NJ 08873
I am located in the mall across the street from Shoprite.
To enter the building during the day the first door will be unlocked the second door has a call system you would put in suite 101 and it will call me to unlock the door.
