Steps from Sonoma Plaza, Bungalows 313 comprises six unique rental suites, each with private entry directly from a beautifully landscaped courtyard that create a relaxing and tranquil environment for our guests. Our Bungalows surround a spacious, serene central courtyard, with a 17’ fountain, pétanque court and large gas fire-pit area with comfortable seating, patio umbrellas and a more intimate b

ack courtyard with fire pit. Bungalows range from 2 bedroom/1.5 bath and 1 bedroom/1 bath, all with full kitchen, living and dining rooms, to studio suites with kitchenette and gas fireplace, available for short-stay or long-term guests. Our guests are welcomed with fresh locally ground coffee, a complimentary bottle of local wine and a wine tasting passport to 25 local wineries and tasting rooms. puts our guests within a short one-block walking distance of local restaurants, unique boutiques and more than 30 wine and spirits tasting rooms sprinkled around the attractive, European-style town square. Sonoma State Park and historic San Francisco de Solano Mission is on the doorstep. Sonoma bike and walking path is one block away and the Sonoma Overlook and Montini Open Space preserves are also nearby.

"We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). The unit was absolutely gorgeous, you feel that you are in Tuscany when you walk in. Location is 1.5 block off the Square, so walking distance to everything you need (restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting etc). Amazing experience!"

🏆 Bungalows 313 Owners Isac & Minette Gutfreund were honored to receive an Award of Exellence from The Sonoma League for Historic Preservation for the preservation of Bungalows 313, which was originally built in 1907 and renovated and restored in 2021! A personal note from Isac and Minette:

"It was July 21, 2015 that we purchased Bungalows 313 (commonly called “The Bungalows”) because it was “love at first sight!” Now we have a better understanding of “love makes you blind!” We naively did not realize what challenges we were going to face in the coming years.

There was the challenge of installing a proper drainage system on the property so the bungalows would not flood; the extensive refurbishing and renovation of the courtyards; the upgrading and remodeling of all 6 bungalows; and the biggest challenge was the retrofit and renovation of the original 2 story 1907 building commonly called “The Brickhouse” (Note: Not sure why it was called “The Brickhouse” since the original construction was primarily stone and timber!?!)

Now 8 years later, after all our improvements, financial commitment, and perseverance, we received recognition from The Sonoma League for Historical Preservation. It was a tremendous honor to be acknowledged for the work we invested to restore and upgrade this beautiful property. As the new stewards of Bungalows 313, it became a personal commitment to rehabilitate this Historical building and update it with modern amenities.

We are grateful and thankful to The Sonoma League for Historical Preservation for their recognition and validation of our restoration of Bungalows 313 with their 2023 Award of Excellence!"

We're delighted to share this heartfelt review from our recent guests: "Two nights is not enough time to enjoy the property! Our group stayed in Cielo and Luna [pictured]. Both units were so comfortable and well appointed. We loved the coffee and creamer provided as well as the flexibility to do some light cooking. Having the larger unit allowed us to gather as a group inside and play cards. In the cooler mornings it was pleasant to sit outside at one of the seating areas scattered over the property. Both nights we were able to walk to dinner. We would love to return to see more of Sonoma and enjoy the property more fully." - Your experience is our priority!
