Shakshuka - which roughly translates to “”shaken” or mixed up” - is a staple in Middle Eastern cuisine. Originally brought from North Africa, this dish features a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, spices and herbs cooked with perfectly runny eggs, and always served with bread for dipping.

If there’s one thing you should know about the Culinary Occasions staff, it’s that we LOVE DONUTS. And that means we love any excuse to make them & put them on the menu.

Fat Tuesday Donuts! 6-pack of donuts with chocolate icing with sprinkles, cinnamon sugar, and powdered sugar. We have tested & retested and eaten so many donuts these past two weeks, and can confirm. Chef Marie nailed it; they are DELICIOUS.

Tteokguk, a traditional Korean New Year rice cake soup (떡국) is a meat-broth soup with thinly-sliced rice cakes (tteok) garnished with julienned egg , seaweed and meat. Typically eaten in the morning of the New Year, this dish symbolizes a fresh start, prosperity, and luck.

It's here! We have put the finishing touches on our design & packaging and we could not love it more!

Back in 2019, Chef Tom had this wild idea and scribbled it down so we wouldn't forget. Since then, a post it with "sablé advent calendar?!" has adorned the wall in our office.

Being able to bring this totally unique product to life has been the highlight of this (tough) year!

We are so grateful to everyone that has ordered so far. We still have some available for pre-order (with pick-ups starting next Tuesday). We would love to sell out!

Can you believe Thanksgiving is 2 weeks away?!

We are accepting orders until 11/21 for Thanksgiving dinner & desserts. We will have dinner pick-up available on Thanksgiving Day. Plus, we will be at Van Aken on 11/24 and 11/25 as part of the "Thanksgiving Dessert Table" pop-up in the Market Hall. We are take pre-orders for dessert pick-up on those days now!
