Wow! Booked our 1st 2025 sail! I think it's going to be a good season!

Here's a picture from the last charter of 2024, that was last Sunday. It was a rescheduled sail from the evening before which was a rain out, and the calm before the GALE. As it was we had some drizzle, cut it a half hour short, and as we were coming up the river the sun finally came out. The two young boys did great, and the family was adorable, albeit a bit wet! I wish the sun would have come out a bit sooner, and the un-forecast drizzle would have never showed up, but hey, you never know just what you will get till you get out there!

Good sailing today. What a difference a day makes. Yesterday, 18 knots and 2-4s and 3-5s. Today less than a foot and at times 10 knot winds! Great October Sailing.

Sailing today, Oct 9th. Beam Reach in light wind doing 4.5 - 5.5 knots over a 2.5 mile run on charter. I'll remember this one for a while, and so will Brent who was at the helm the entire 2.5 miles.
