April Associate Spotlight ⭐️ |

Karla has been an amazing bartender and barista at First Glass in Terminal A with Cediel Concession Management for three years. She’s also worked as a BOH Cook, showcasing her versatility and passion for the industry.

Karla is a proud mother to two wonderful children, a son and daughter, who bring joy and purpose to her life.

As we look ahead to 2025, CCM’s vision is focused on impact, innovation, and inspiration. Karla has shared how she plans to make a meaningful difference in the world around her:
“I aspire to reach a point in my life where I’m stable enough to help others and continue growing through personal development.”

Fun Fact: Karla is always eager to learn new techniques for crafting cocktails. She’s also a creative spirit who loves to bake!

When she’s not at work, Karla enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with her children. Her hobbies include crafting unique cocktails and exploring new places through travel.

Edwin has been a valued member of Cediel Concession Management for an impressive seven years. As the Multi-Unit Manager, he leads Terminal C South’s Steak N’ Shake, Freshens, and Which Wich.

Outside of work, Edwin loves spending time with his four cats, who always bring a smile to his face.

Looking ahead to 2025, CCM’s vision is centered on impact, innovation, and inspiration. Edwin shared with us how he plans to inspire those around him:
“I want to inspire my colleagues through teamwork, integrity, and dedication, showing that every role we play contributes to a bigger purpose.”

Fun Fact: Edwin has worked at nearly every CCM store at George Bush Airport—except Panda Express!

When he’s not managing operations, Edwin enjoys cleaning his space and discovering new things outside of work.

As he sets his sights on 2025, Edwin’s goal is clear: to grow within the company and elevate his three locations to become the best at Houston’s airports.

Maryori has been a dedicated trainer at Subway in Terminal A with Cediel Concession Management for almost three years.

She is happily married—celebrating 7 wonderful years! Maryori is also a proud mother to a lovely son and shares her home with a playful dog named Koko.

As we approach 2025, CCM’s vision is centered around impact, innovation, and inspiration. Maryori has shared how she plans to be a meaningful influence in the world around her:
“I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with those around me. In 2025, I aim to grow professionally every day, continuing to develop my skills and knowledge to teach others. My goal is also to become bilingual, achieving what I’ve always dreamed of. Personally, I strive to be a better person, giving everyone what they deserve, and to be the best wife and mother for my family.”

Fun Fact: Maryori loves to cook! She enjoys preparing traditional dishes from her country and sharing them with her loved ones.

Outside of work, Maryori enjoys spending time playing with her son and dog, and cherishing moments with her family.

Pearl has been with Cediel Concession Management for nearly two years, where she successfully leads Terminal C’s Panda Express as the General Manager.

Celebrating over 25 years of marriage, Pearl is a proud mom to two amazing boys, Mitch and Lear, and enjoys the company of her lovable dog, Shiro.

Fun Fact: Pearl has a passion for baking and cooking and is also eager to learn how to speak Korean. When she’s not working, she enjoys indulging in her love for shopping!

Pearl’s goal for 2025 is to embark on a memorable cruise adventure. As for her store, she aims to elevate Panda Express in Terminal C to a $5 million store!

We pray a blessing for Pearl and her continued success in her work and family. May she be led toward her goals, and surrounded by love, peace, and grace. 🙌🏽

Kevin has been with Cediel Concession Management for almost two years as a cook at Panda Express in Terminal A.

He is happily married—13 years strong! Kevin has four amazing daughters and two dogs named Stormy and Uno.

As we head into 2025, CCM’s vision revolves around impact, innovation, and inspiration. Kevin has shared with us how he plans to make an impact in the world around him:

“For 2025, I want to help people and make the world a better and safer place. My goals for 2025 are to become a better person and succeed in everything I set my mind to this year.”

Fun fact: Kevin loves growing plants and gardening! We recommend asking him for tips on being a plant parent.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys bowling and hanging out with his family and friends. His hobbies and interests include sports and playing video games.

We pray that Kevin is blessed with the strength to continue making a positive impact on those around him and that he continues to be a source of love and inspiration for his family, friends, and community. 🙌🏽

Angel has been with Cediel Concession Management for six years. He runs the show in Terminal D West, where he passionately leads around 73 employees across Einstein Bros. Bagels, Popeyes, Semi-Sweet, and Jamba Juice.

As we head into 2025, CCM’s vision revolves around impact, innovation, and inspiration. Angel has shared with us how he plans to inspire the world around him:

“For 2025, my focus will be on inspiration. I want to inspire high schoolers, especially those working at Steak ’n Shake. I started in this company as a high schooler, and initially, I was more or less pushed into it by my mom. However, thanks to the guidance of mentors over the past six years, I’ve been able to grow and advance in my career. I want to show high schoolers that they too can achieve growth and success, just as I have, through hard work and a willingness to learn.”

Fun fact: Angel was honored with Manager of the Year at our 9th Annual Christmas Banquet this past December! We are so proud of him.

Angel is also making incredible strides toward exceeding and THRIVING in his role as a Terminal Manager, using his young age as an asset. And as if he weren’t already unstoppable, one of his hobbies is creating spreadsheets—can you believe it?! When he’s not at work, he’s still working, and that speaks to his dedication and drive.

We pray that Angel continues to walk in his calling to lead those around him and that he keeps striving for excellence in everything he does. 🙌🏽

We had a SUPER busy summer AND we welcomed a new baby into the family and added another store at IAH this fall! We can’t wait to fully update everyone with pictures! However, it isn’t all work...this week we sponsored and participated in the Interfaith Chapel’s Annual Golf Tournament!

Happy Wednesday! Lots of exciting things happening here at the airport!
We have officially opened our new Freshens store and are having a blast providing fresh smoothies and crepes to everyone.
We also have some exciting news! We will be taking over the Einstein Bagels in Terminal C South at George Bush Intercontinental Airport as of May 16! We are so excited for this new project, and can't wait to tell you all the amazing things we will offer at this new store!

Happy New Year Friends! We are so excited for what 2018 holds for our company. As promised in our teaser, we are so excited to announce that we will be opening TWO new stores in the George Bush Intercontinental Airport this year. Freshens will be located in Terminal C South, and our third Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Location will be opening in Terminal B Next to the Food Court. We cannot wait to show you our newest projects, and as always can't wait to see you at our stores!

The Cediel Family would like to announce the sweetest new addition to the team! Skyler Kieslich and Neli Kieslich welcomed Oliver Keith Cediel Kieslich yesterday at 9:27 am. He was 7lbs 3 oz and 20 inches long! We couldn't be more excited for his birth.
