Our Story

Hello. I purchased “Cold Creek Chalet” in the fall of 2012 because I had grown to love the Tahoe area and wanted a place there I could get away to, and have friends join me in this beautiful destination. It also soon became the first home for my pooch, Loki. Over the years the house has hosted dozens of family and friend celebrations, hundreds of AirBnb stays, and is still a relaxing sanctuary for Loki and me each time we return.

The house has a fabulous, light-filled charm with cathedral, pine ceilings and an inviting, warm great room for memory-filled gatherings. 2500 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make it more than comfortable for larger groups. We’ve cooked up many great meals in the awesome, open kitchen, solved the world’s problems on the huge sun deck, and soaked our mountain-weary muscles in the fantastic hot tub. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by national forest where awesome hiking or mountain biking is steps outside the back door. And you’re just a few minutes drive to world-class skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly Ski Resort, fabulous Lake Tahoe beaches, awesome restaurants and pubs, and the 24/7 nightlife of Nevada casinos. It really is a truly unique destination and I hope you get to experience it or return very soon.
