Well well well…….Mother Nature has let her hair down again and she’s not putting it back up for a few days. So the Touch of Gray will be tied to the dock. Moving forward we will be transitioning to a fall fishing schedule Friday of Saturday and Sunday unless it’s a “private charter”. Thank in advance for your understanding and we truly appreciate all of you who choose the Touch of Gray to be their boat of choice to go deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Maine.

The Touch of Gray is underway @ 0615 and we are taking the supply chain division of the Lewiston Good Shepherd Food Bank out on a deep sea fishing adventure in the Gulf of Maine. We didn’t make it to Portland Head Light and we already saw seals and dolphins. The weather is awesome for fishing, it’s flat calm with a hint of a breeze.

We are booked this Friday leaving Saturday and Sunday as the only days to come fishing on the Touch of Gray. Fishing has been great with haddock po***ck whiting cod mackerel all coming over the rail of the Touch of Gray. We have also seen plenty of dolphins sharks ocean sunfish and tuna on our trips. The weather forecast is looking very good with mild winds and seas.

Mission accomplished for the fish fry had an AWESOME day of fishing in the Gulf of Maine today with perfect weather. What did the Touch of Gray catch today…haddock po***ck whiting redfish hake mackerel and a porbeagle shark. Our bachelor group from Syracuse NY had a GREAT time and are coming back soon!

Tomorrow’s weather is the same as today’s, 5kts of wind and 2’ seas. We are looking to fill a few spots for tomorrow’s trip.
