What a day exploring the Monteverde Cloud Forest being guided by was amazing, he was extremely knowledgeable and had a knack for finding hidden animals. As a guide I can honestly say he was one of the best in the business!! Definitely recommend hiring him if you are ever down this way.

Bad s**t happens but good s**t happens too! So transmission went out on my truck mid way to Southampton. Sure, the first hours were spent sulking… then decided to count my blessing on where I was “safely stranded” fortunately the is a fantastic place to be stuck, I had a loaner car and went exploring and my grandmother stopped over and we had dinner at , went to the on a rainy day, read a few books, hung out at the pool… and now the truck is back with a new transmission and ready to complete the journey. Embrace the things we cannot control.
Now to tow these boards to the island and get on the water!
