It's National Dessert Day! 🍪🍰🍨

I love to try all things sweet during my travels. A 200-year-old recipe from the Czech Republic, these cinnamon pastries in the shape of a tube are called, “trdelniks,” pronounced kind of like “turtle necks.” They taste like a combination of a doughnut and cinnamon roll, with cinnamon and sugar carmelized on the outside producing a bit a crunch. Then fill the inside with your favorite ice cream and toppings. I will admit that I tried WAY too many of these and they were ALL delicious! 😋

🕰 It's Resort Tour Tuesday 🕰

With my recent visit to Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, I wanted to highlight the wonderful apartment where my family and I stayed.

4 Trees Apartments by Adrez is an eco-friendly residence offering unique natural design in the center of Prague. It overlooks the city and is situated just a 5-minute walk from Republic Square. Prague Zoo is only about 3.5km from the apartment, and Letna Park is about a 20 minutes' walk away.

Each apartment offers organic and natural products, wooden accessories, fully equipped kitchen, organic skincare and other organic products. Free WiFi and TV with Netflix, as well as king size bed with high mattresses are provided in each apartment. We stayed in the deluxe one bedroom apartment which provided two beds in the bedroom and two in the living area so there was plenty of space for my family of 5.

This apartment is so conveniently located. We were able to walk to all the tourist attractions. My family enjoyed numerous walks to Old Town to visit the famous Astronomical clock. Just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, The Prague Astronomical Clock is the world's most famous Medieval clock. It was built in 1410.
