Level Ground is under contract for new ownership as of Saturday, June 28!

Thank you to all of our guests, friends, and family who made LG our ‘home away from home’ and our safe haven from the pandemic over these years.

To our visitors, thank you for caring for and loving this home as your own during your stays.

Thank you especially to our tribe who worked tirelessly to clean, update, and maintain LG since 2019!

A special thank you to our repeat guests and for the memories you shared with us!

***2024 rentals after June 28 will be honored by Joe Lamb and the new owners with no effect on your stay (minus the pictures of our family-that would be weird…).***

Enjoy this little piece of paradise on the Outer Banks, and if you are in the neighborhood, be sure to say “hello!”
To the new owners, we hope 14 3rd Ave is full of love, laughter, good wine, delicious food, endless memories, and salty air on level ground.

A bittersweet listing for sure… for nearly a decade, our family has vacationed in OBX. Level Ground, OBX was a dream, an escape from reality (and COVID!), and our peaceful paradise. It allowed us to spend weeks (sometimes months!) in our favorite place on earth-until we stopped waiting for “someday” and relocated to OBX last year. It’s been fun watching others enjoy our beachy haven-and now, the cast & crew of LG is signing off— is ready to make the next owners’ dreams come true, and we are on to the next adventure!

*Level Ground Guests-all 2024 bookings will be honored-this transition will be seamless for you!

This 3053 square feet Single Family home has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It is located at 14 3rd Ave LOT 17, Kitty Hawk, NC.

🍽️🍷🍶🥣 The kitchen needed some upgrades and restocked with everything we need to bake, cook, mix up some sangria?
🛌💤 The bedroom suites needed some updates? Maybe some new beachy bedding and fluffy pillows?

September and October are my two FAVORITE months to spend time in OBX.
Best fishing, empty beaches, water is still warm and the rates are SO much cheaper! (Caution for storm season passing thru!)
