Now starting our second year of offering our home for vacation rentals through Village Realty property management, we've made several significant updates to enhance the guests' experience:

1) Expanded parking with a gravel pad off the cement pad
2) Added a pickleball court complete with portable net, paddles, and balls
3) Added a retro 412-game arcade console to the game room. The arcade console features all of the most popular games from the 80s and 90s plus many more!
4) Added picnic table to the pool area
5) Added a beautiful tiled backsplash in the kitchen
6) Added air fryer to kitchen
7) Upgraded plumbing in the showers of four of the bathrooms

We've spruced up our house both in and out, and it's ready for another great season!

Welcome to the Serenity Shores, OBX page. Serenity Shores is a 5 bedroom, 5 full bathroom three-level home located only 150 feet from the Atlantic Ocean beach access in the beautiful Town of Southern Shores on the Outer Banks, NC. The beach home features a saltwater private swimming pool, hot tub, full-size and well- appointed kitchen, observation decks, ocean views, living room with fireplace, screened porch, theatre room, game room (with pool table, foosball table, retro 412-game arcade console, microwave and full-sized refrigerator), outdoor shower, gas grill, basketball hoop, pickleball court, and laundry. There are three master suites featuring king-size beds, as well as another queen bedroom, and a bunk set and twin bed for the younger ones. Pets are Welcome!

Our well-maintained home has undergone several updates and renovations. Weekly vacation rental reservations are now being accepted. The home is managed by Village Realty.
