🚤🌧️ A Journey on the Cape Fear River! 🌧️🚤

Yesterday’s historic rain and flooding tested everyone’s resilience, but our tour boat, the Sally Ann, rose to the occasion! Amidst the storm, the Sally Ann motored up the Cape Fear River to Wilmington to pick up the dedicated crew of the Duke Energy power plant. We made sure they got a smooth ride back to Southport, ensuring they could continue their crucial work into the evening.

A huge thank you to our incredible team for their quick response and unwavering commitment. At Southport Tours, we're proud to be a part of this community and ready to step up when needed. Stay safe and dry out there, everyone!

FILMING UPDATE-We are open and running a normal schedule. The TV show “The Waterfront” will be filming here the next few days around our dock but will not be interrupting our tours. Although it may be nice to come down and check it out. They are also still looking for background actors of anyone is interested…

Busy weekend!! Family reunion on the tour boat, spotted the River Runner on a private cruise and a great sunset cruise last night with some dolphin sightings. Great holiday weekend on the water.

We had the great pleasure of taking out Janet and her pup today. She booked a private cruise on our River Runner to take her dog for his first ever boat ride for his bucket list as he’s dealing with health issues. It’s was a nice time and we were happy to help!

Busy day yesterday!!! Had a private cruise for Summer Fest at Ft Caswell, dolphin sightings, a sunset and a suprise rainbow just before the sun went down.
