Come join us for a special kayak outing on Cottage Creek on Tuesday, October 31 meeting at 9:00 AM.
Cottage Creek is a beautiful salt marsh creek located in Southport with abundant opportunities for wildlife sightings.
Dolphins, Ibis, Egrets, Blue Herons, river Otters, and more. This event is sponsored by Southport Parks & Recreation.
The Adventure Kayak Company will provide basic kayak instruction, no experience necessary, kayaks, paddles, lifejackets, and a guided kayak on Cottage Creek.
The tour fee is $60.00 per person. Bring your own kayak paddle and lifejacket tour fee of $35.00. For reservations call: 910-457-7945 or 910-713-6373.
Shop with a Cop Concert Post_FINAL
The Back Porch Rockers brought the party to Franklin Square for the 2021 Shop-with-a-Cop Benefit Concert sponsored by the Southport Police Department! Even McGruff the Crime Dock busted some moves!
The donations from the Shop-with-a-Cop program are used to benefit local children in need at Christmas.
