Huge thanks to Peter Burns (VP of PA & NJ) and Brett Sciascia (Mid-Atlantic Ops Manager) for coming up to the Garden State for our positional practice last night! As Coach Burns said, “our players continue to take advantage of every opportunity on the field to improve, and the coaches brought the knowledge and the juice today!” Shoutout to Coach Sciascia for working with our face-off athletes during their session. The True Mid-Atlantic bond is strong, and we’re excited to see our players grow and come together in January for the All-Region Games!

Interested in training all year, but your player is too young for any travel programs? Enjoyed the rec season, and can’t wait for more lacrosse? Not ready as a family to dive into the full club lacrosse scene yet, but want high level training from experienced coaches?

Come Join True Garden State’s Junior Devils Program!

This program will run on Sundays during both Fall and Winter Seasons, from 2-3pm, in Sparta NJ.

The program is for K-3 players, both boys and girls, and it will focus on pre-club development, skills and drills, fun, and learning to love the game of lacrosse!

A farewell, to our True Garden State 2025s, and the True Garden State 25 Parents, thank you all for your time and effort put into the program, the lumps and bruises you’ve acquired over the years, and all the laughs and smiles had along the way. We’ve known some of you since the 3rd grade, and we’ve known some of you for just a few months, thank you all for the memories in between, you will be missed!

All of our Fall, Winter, and Summer Training takes place in sparta, our spring location is TBD.

At True Garden State, we are focused on player development, whether that be the physical game of lacrosse or the lacrosse IQ, training more often, and getting players involved at multiple levels of the game.

We also take a huge focus on academics, highlighting our players accomplishments in the classroom, and not just the ones on the field. With the combination of the two, player development, and academic highlights, we are prepping your player for the next level!

Our 2027 Boys and our 2032 Boys brought home the championship this weekend from Aloha Summer Sizzle!

Super Proud of these two groups and the battles they fought this summer season! Overcoming adversity and taking home some hardware this past weekend!
