Chinook Days is a community wide winter festival celebrating the world record temperature change in Spearfish, SD. On 1/22/1943 the temperature rose 49 degrees in 2 minutes.

Chasing Tables documents Jordan Taylor’s journey to becoming a chef and business owner. Taylor co-owns Bread & Circus, En Place Catering, Pizza Cheeks, and Perch. After studying and working in the Portland, Oregon food scene, Taylor was one of the first to bring the farm-to-movement to Sioux Falls.🍽
