In most full-service travel agencies, cruises and vacations represent only a small portion of their day to day business and because of the vast number of services and products they offer it is virtually impossible to be as well versed as Cruisin Easy. We have the luxury of putting all our efforts and honing our knowledge into cruises and vacations only. We can concentrate on the Cruise and vacation products to better match our client’s needs, wants and interests. We also have better opportunity to periodically visit and sail new and existing ships for up to date ship evaluations and exciting vacation destinations. When we are land bound, we participate in training seminars; product seminars and travel trade shows. Although our focus is on cruises, as added value and service to our cruise clients, we can provide and supplement your cruise vacation with other needed travel products such as air, car, hotel, land packages, etc. We encourage our clients to evaluate the ships they just sailed. We share the tabulated results with our sales force and our clients so we can make them aware of new shore tours, services and overall up to date quality of a particular cruise ship experience. We offer added value such as trip tips, an exclusive port insights/shopping report created especially for Cruisin Easy Clients, information on port tours, shore excursion options, etc., that will ensure that your vacation will be "Easy Cruisin." We strive to offer great fares well below the brochure rates. We offer excellent rates and added value with over 600 Group Space cruises which are available to individual bookings. As this is a very competitive industry, we will try to match or beat any verifiable rate. We want you for a client and treat you like a friend. We are certified and bonded by Cruise Lines International Association, CLIA. Around the world, there's barely a ship we don't represent. You can rest assured knowing at Cruisin Easy; your cruise payments are place in an FDIC insured escrow account to provide maximum protection for customer's money while in our possession. We are a member agency of Travel Leaders Network. We also have been a member of the Better Business Bureau serving Nebraska, South Dakota and Southwest Iowa and the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce. We currently have cruise consultants in Arizona, California, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and South Dakota and actively welcoming new consultants and pied pipers in all areas of the United States and Canada. If you don't have a Cruisin Easy Travel Consultant in your state, no problem, as one of our experienced and highly qualified consultants will assist you with all your cruise and travel needs. All our agents are in the process of earning their Accredited Cruise Counselor designation. Our goal is for our entire staff to have their ACC or MCC. We’ve been participants in ARTA and Professional Women in Travel. We are an member agency of NEST - Network of Entrepreneurs of Selling Travel and CLIA. Do we know travel, you bet!
