Partnering with Airbnb's BeyondStays program starting in Spring 2014, ConciergeMarin continues to grow and currently manages, markets and maintains a handful of multi-million dollar short-term vacation rentals for their homeowners, from increasing bookings, communicating with guests from start to finish, plus cleanings, handling maintenance chores, submitting taxes, offering guest tips, and more.
Our first Mill Valley rental, a mid-century modern custom “treehouse retreat” valued at $2.5M, was signed for representation in June 2014 and continues to be one of the highest rated on VRBO. In September 2015, we added a $3M urban oasis vacation rental home in downtown Mill Valley to our roster. And in September 2016, we added a $2M hilltop view retreat home in San Rafael to our listings, but it was later sold. In March 2017, a $1.9m 1908 summer lodge-turned-contemporary home was added to our roster, becoming our third Mill Valley-based property, but sold in 2019 (for around $3M). Since then, we’ve added four more Mill Valley homes plus three cottage rentals in Inverness (all were “seasonal only”). Links to our properties on VRBO and Airbnb are happily provided upon request.
