Located in the quiet, and beautiful area of Blue Springs Marina. Rope swing and jumping cliff right around the corner, and a 10 minute boat ride to Flat Hollow Marina where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner, and live entertainment when offered. Houseboat has a fun water slide off the back and fantastic views from the upper deck! Fish right off the front porch, and swim right off the 10 x 40 side deck where there is also room to park your boat. New pillows, mattresses, bedding and linens. Bath/kitchen towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Flat top grill on the front porch. Plenty of outdoor deck space for lounging in the sun, or relaxing with friends and family. Just bring your own beach towels and enjoy the wonders of Norris Lake! ***You will need a boat to access this floating house. Houseboat is moored and does not move from its location.
