Chez J, a Rustic, Restful, Retreat Chez J is an intimate, private 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin nestled on 1.5 acres in the Texas Hill Country between Austin and Marble Falls.

Owned and operated by native 5th generation Texans, Chez J provides a quiet escape from the city yet within 45 minutes’ drive from downtown Austin. We provide much reading material on the area and can help you plan your time from wine tastings, beautiful back road drives and experiences only the Hill County of Texas has to offer. Chez J is in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with an hour’s driv

e to 4 wineries. The property consists of a Main House and a private back port to watch the deer and wildlife graze. The Front of the house looks over a large yard with century old oak trees facing west, perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine!
