Just a few policy reminders if you are a SERIES CLIENT and need to reschedule or cancel an appointment: •If you reschedule once - you don’t forfeit the service in your series. •If you reschedule twice - you do forfeit the service in your series. Meaning if you were on your 3rd facial in a series of 6 facials, and you reschedule the 3rd facial two times - your next service will actually be the 4th of 6, as the 3rd was forfeited. •If you cancel one time and give 48 hours notice - your service in the series is not forfeited. •If you cancel under the 48 hour window - your service is forfeited in that series, meaning you’ve lost the facial and your series will resume at the next number in rotation. •All series services are to be scheduled regularly and consistently and should be used monthly as part of a goal centered treatment routine. Let’s talk about a classic esthetics treatment staple: Galvanic Current. GC is a low voltage, electronic treatment used to stimulate cell growth, tighten loose skin, improve texture, tone and detoxify the skin. GC is also known as Cataphoresis. GC is applied to the body via electrodes with a waveform of continuous pulsed flow of electrons. GC is relatively safe but we will do a consult with you prior to treatment to ensure you have no contraindications, such as a heart condition. GC has no down time, requires no numbing and the treatment takes about 30-45 mjns. It is a highly results driven service, so you will want to follow aftercare instructions to preserve the results.
