It's Election Time Again!
Nominations are now open for Executive Board positions at Spokane BMX!
Sept. 16, thru Oct. 14 we will be accepting nominations via email at [email protected], through FB messenger or in person on paper at registration. Remember, to be included on the ballot, nominees must have attended at least 2 open board meetings this season AND MUST AGREE TO BE NOMINATED! Please don't waste time nominating people who don't want the job!
Serving on the executive board can be challenging at times but the rewards, hugs and high fives far outweigh all else!!! Take your turn in leadership of the RADDEST BMX track on planet earth!!!
Elections will be held on Tuesday, October 22 at the last open board meeting of this 2024 season in person by written ballot. Those who have attended at least 2 open boards this season are eligible to vote.
STOKE!!!

* The President shall preside over meetings, oversee membership functions, and act as the representative and local spokesperson with the City of Spokane Parks & Recreation Department and the Spokane Sports Commission. The President shall also have the authority to sign contracts and other legal documents on behalf of the organization.
*The Vice President shall perform the duties of the President in his/her absence and shall be publicity chairperson.
*The Treasurer shall collect and deposit all money handled by the organization. The Treasurer shall keep a permanent accurate record of fiscal transactions and provide a brief report at each quarterly meeting, as well as be responsible for handling Federal taxes, payment to City of Spokane, 501C3 and PO Box renewals. The Treasurer shall keep accurate ledgers of accounts receivable and payables.
*The Secretary shall keep permanent and accurate records of all organizational meetings. The Secretary also is responsible for keeping race schedules up to date with USABMX and Spokane BMX.
*The Rider Representative shall act as liaison between the organization and the general members. The Rider Representative also is responsible for fulfilling volunteer positions for each race.

From the Executive Board of Directors of SPOKANE BMX -Joe Albi Bmx , we want to give a gigantic thank you, hugs and high fives to everyone that participated in our Gold Cup Finals Event! Thanks for making the trip to Spokane from far and wide to participate. You all brought the STOKE and we are honored that you brought it to our house!! Looking forward to hosting you, our extended BMX Family in the future!!
More huge thank you’s to the people and organizations that make an event like this possible; Spokane Parks and Recreation, Spokane Sports , AMR Ambulance and USA BMX . Thank you for making an event of this magnitude possible!!!
A big juicy gigantic thank you goes out to all the volunteers at Spokane BMX!! Without the volunteers none of this is possible. Thank you volunteers for your tireless efforts, whether its keeping the track dialed, keeping everyone fed in the snack shack, picking up garbage or working a corner, you are the nails that hold our BMX house together!!

‼️event parking update‼️
‼️It will be too tight for trailers and campers to make it into the parking as well as getting past the usabmx tent. There are areas that are more trailer friendly before you get to us that are marked just be warned ‼️‼️THE CLOSER YOU GET THE HARDER IT WILL BE TO GET TURNED AROUND IF THERE IS NO SPOTS AVAILABLE ‼️‼️
