Take in the view, catch your dinner, listen to the loons, paddle to the island, soak up some sun, breath in the fresh air, and kick your feet up.
Peddle boat fun! Take a cruise to and around the Island, across the lake to the sandbar for swimming, or follow the shoreline and do some fishing. Be sure to keep an eye out for the loons, eagles, and if you are lucky you might spot a deer or bear from time to time on shore too :)

Spooner Bake Shoppe
Located on adorable & charming Walnut Street in downtown Spooner, this is a must try. Everything is good -- but one of our family faves is the cinnamon roll pull-a-part bread!

The water gets very gradually deep -- most years it is about chest to shoulder height deep for most adults at the end of the dock. Shallow enough between the end of the dock and shore for kiddos to play and splash comfortably.
We have had lots of luck fishing off the dock in the past and so have many of our guests. Crappie, perch, sunfish, bass, and northern pike have all been hooked while dock fishing. Try your luck!

This is bedroom #2 -- our guest bedroom. Queen bed, closet, ceiling fan, dresser, and blackout curtains.

Jack's Canoe, Kayak, & Tube Rental
Just a few miles down the road. Enjoy a beautiful float or paddle down the beautiful Namekagon. Be sure to book ahead of time if you can, especially with larger groups.
Our bunk room is suitable for kids or adults -- full size bunks and a twin size trundle underneath. A game closet, coloring books, and a tv with roku streaming and a dvd player + kid friendly dvds, everyone is happy!

Ice fishing heaven 🎣

A successful weekend of fishing plus loads of memories made! It was bitter cold outside but toasty warm inside both the pop-up and the cabin 🔥
We have basic fishing gear here for you—poles, line, lures. Just BYO bait and a pop up fish house or 5 gallon pail to sit on and you are ready to rock :)
