Having all of my ducts cleaned and sanitized to be ready for another season, however, I have a couple winter rentals to prep for first which I am now ready. Ever tried off season rentals at the shore? Personally my favorite time down here.

Every year I will make a improvement on the house. My only feedback was for more ice capacity so I just installed a ice machine that makes 125 pounds per day, that should cover that request.
