I first saw this amazing restaurant on Wonder of the Seas, The Mason Jar. The food looks soooo good!!! Two of my team was able to eat at the Utopia of the Seas location and told me how delicious it was. Next summer, this is top of my list.

When cruising, it's so easy to forget what day of the week it is. This helps!

Of course, the worst part is that you know when your cruise is coming to an end, though, as well. But hey, that just means it's time to start looking forward to your NEXT cruise!

🌴 Relaxation Day Vibes 🌴

They tell me today is Relaxation Day. So, I started asking myself, what really helps me unwind? 🤔 Here are a few things that instantly bring me peace:

1. The Aft View on a Cruise Ship 🚢: There’s something mesmerizing about watching the wake slip by. It’s like the ocean’s lullaby.

2. Boats in a Marina ⛵️: The gentle bobbing of anchored boats is hypnotic. I could lose myself in that rhythm for hours.

3. Hawaiian Sunsets 🌅: Maybe it's the memories of perfect days in Hawaii, but watching the sunset there feels like the perfect end to a perfect day.

4. Spa Visits 💆‍♀️: Just thinking about a massage or facial makes me feel relaxed. Who doesn’t love a good pampering?

5. Entering a Cruise Stateroom 🛳️: Stepping into my cabin means a few days of pure relaxation with no worries—someone else takes care of everything.

So many changes are coming to Walt Disney World! Last weekend at D23, the ultimate fan experience for Disney Fans, there were tons of announcements.

Here are just a few of the changes coming to the magical land of Walt Disney World:
✨Magic Kingdom - An Expansion in Frontierland themed around Pixar Studios Cars will be replacing the classic Rivers of America and Tom Sawyer Island.
✨Magic Kingdom - Beyond Big Thunder Mountain an all new land dedicated to Disney Villains will be built.
✨Disney's Hollywood Studios - Laughter will abound in the all new Monsters Inc. Land!
✨EPCOT - Test Track will be reimagined celebrating the past, present, and future of automation.
✨Animal Kingdom - will receive a replacement to Dinoland called Tropical Americas with new attractions featuring Indiana Jones and Encanto.
✨Animal Kingdom - a new Zootopia themed show will find its way to the Tree of Life Theater.
✨Magic Kingdom - will be hosting a brand new Nighttime Parade in 2025.
✨Disney's Hollywood Studios - will add new missions to the Smugglers Run attraction which will feature the Mandolorian and Grogu.
✨Magic Kingdom and EPCOT - will each receive new lounges. One at Magic Kingdom will be Pirates of the Caribbean themed while at EPCOT, a new Spaceship Earth themed lounge will open.

Walt Disney himself did always say that his theme parks would never be complete because they would always be changing. If you want to see the parks BEFORE these changes take place, let's book you today. And then we can book you another trip AFTER so you can wonder anew!

I have a lot of clients who express concern about how difficult it would be for their children to open a balcony door in their stateroom. I made a video about this on my recent Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas sailing.

I recently returned from a Royal Caribbean Cruise on the Mariner of the Seas. I traveled with a group of six people and we all purchased The Key Program. We were impressed with the benefits.

❤️We loved the welcome lunch in the Main Dining Room with Chops Grille Menu.
❤️We loved the ability to check in by 11:30am and get onboard.
❤️We loved the ability to drop off carry on bags to be delivered to our room as soon as we arrived onboard.
❤️We loved the reserved seats at shows.
❤️We loved the last morning breakfast in the main dining room with ability to leave at our own pace.
❤️We loved the ability to be prioritized in the line on the way out. It was wrapped around the ship and we were put in line about 50 feet from the exit.
❤️We loved that our bags were found easily in the terminal with our Key Program tags.

One of my goals as a travel advisor is to make your travel as seamless as possible.

What could be worse than to plan for months and pay for a cruise only to be denied boarding when you arrive at the port terminal?

No refunds will be given by the cruise line if you are at fault so let's talk about this so it doesn't happen to you. Here are the biggest reasons you might be denied boarding a cruise:

⏰You arrive too late - Final boarding time is usually an hour before sailing due to customs requirements - check your boarding pass for the final boarding time. This is one reason that I encourage all my clients to sign up for a boarding time as early in the day as possible. It's also a good reason to fly in the day before your sailing in case flights are delayed.

📃Incorrect travel documents - I always recommend passports to my clients. There can be so many inconsistencies when traveling with birth certificates and state issued ID's. All must match your cruise reservation exactly so be sure to check what I send you by email. Passports must be valid for 6 months following your sailing. Some destinations require a certain number of blank pages in your passport. Your expiration date must be 10 years from the date of issue. Traveling with a child who is not your own requires special documentation. So many things can go wrong with travel documents. I'm not being nosy when I ask you questions at booking. I'm trying to protect you.

🍻 Drunk at time of boarding - Don't start the celebration before you embark. Just my recommendation.

💊 Drugs or weapons found in your bags. CBD products are not allowed even if legal in your state.

🩺 Experiencing and displaying symptoms of disease at time of boarding.

🚫 Pregnancy beyond 24 weeks can disqualify you from sailing.

Don't let these things happen to you. And always book through an experienced travel advisor.

Until the Disney Treasure sails in December 2024, the Disney Wish is still Disney Cruise Line's newest ship. And she is beautiful!

✨With so much classic magic, you'll feel right at home with the sprinkles of pixie dust found all around the Grand Hall.
✨Cinderella's statue graces the Deck 3 entrance onto this ship with a little hidden fun hidden between her and that evil cat behind her. (scroll to last photo to see what I mean!)

Utopia of the Seas is now sailing! And this ship seems to have one of the cutest poolside food outlets out there.

The Spare Tire is a food truck located on the pool deck with grab and go treats.

Picture it. You're sitting by the pool and it's been hour(s) since lunch. You start thinking you want something to eat, but you don't want to go to the trouble of putting on your cover up and going to the buffet. What do you do?

If you're sailing on Utopia of the Seas, you take a few steps and grab a wrap or a sweet treat from the Spare Tire!

There's even a hand washing sink "under the hood" so you can ensure your hands are clean. So ingenious!

Royal Caribbean, you've thought of everything!

Dining plans have returned for guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. This optional add-on may seem like quite an investment upfront, but it can save you money in the end with tips from an expert (like me!). I suggest adding the dining plan if you:

- consider yourself a foodie

- love tasting new foods

- plan on visiting at least one sit-down meal each day
