On July 24, 2024 Disney will introduce new branding for Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes at BOTH Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World. In addition to the new branding, the process for using these products will change, but ONLY at Walt Disney World. THIS is why using a travel agent is so important! I have already viewed training on the new system, and my agency is currently digging into the details to fully prepare our clients. These changes are welcome and will be beneficial to guests, but it will be important to understand the new terms and policies.
