Part 2 - Here is the second set of photographs of the amazing new residential building including tennis courts in Magnolia, Texas that we designed. See previous post for part 1 photos and the amenities description. We are now kicking off an additional project with this client to design a new pool house on the same property.

We designed this amazing new residential building including tennis courts in Magnolia, Texas. The new structure includes a sauna, gym, bedroom, changing room, kitchen, gym, bathroom, changing room, large shop area, four car garage with car lift, and a large back porch overlooking a tennis court. The new structure is built adjacent to the main home, and is connected by a small bridge and walking path.

We designed a new Trading Post building for Camp Cho-Yeh, a premier summer camp & retreat center near Houston, Texas. The new Trading Post was designed with a coffee shop feel and contains retail space, commercial kitchen, snack bar, large dining room, exterior dining, and large covered porches. The new building is also designed to blend in with the existing campground.

We designed this log cabin home in Magnolia, Texas. This home sits in the pine woods of East Texas on a small hill overlooking the homeowner's acreage. This project was particularly enjoyable as an opportunity to learn the design techniques and details for a genuine log cabin.

We designed this large Mediterranean style home on a lake in Magnolia, Texas. The courtyard design features his and her two car garages. The house is on a slight hill, providing a view of the lake. The interior has tall ceilings and a largely open floor plan.

Here is an interior and exterior renovation project in Dallas, Texas. The original house was in a state of disrepair, and almost unsalvageable. We assisted the owner to improve curb appeal and needed repairs. This was a small project for us, but we are happy to help and pleased with the results.

We have expanded our services to now include Historical Preservation projects. Below are three historical projects we now have on the boards:
4221 CR 123 - Built in 1925, located in Round Rock, TX.
310 Cocassett - Built in 1900, located in Foxborough, MA.
501 Furr - Built in 1930, located in San Antonio, TX.
We did the as-built services, and now we are working out the new designs. Looking forward to more in the future!

We are currently working on the as-built drawings and measurements for 19 projects in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth (and surrounding) areas, plus one in Massachusetts. Four of the above are historical preservation projects. Thanks to our staff, as it takes a village to keep everything going smoothly. Hello, we are happy to announce that we will soon be expanding our As-built services into our neighboring states of Louisiana and Mississippi. We are opening a branch office in New Orleans, that will also service Baton Rouge, Metairie, Lafayette, and Lake Charles, and, in the near future, Gulfport and Biloxi Mississippi. As-Built draftsman and field measurements.
Hello,
I am looking for part-time, per project, contract, as-built help. I need someone who is well versed in doing as-built work (doing field measurements, taking photos, and redrawing existing buildings into AutoCAD), who can work remotely, has AutoCAD, and is motivated. If you know AutoCAD already, I am willing to train on the job if need be. Currently, I need someone to help in the Houston, Dallas, and Fort Worth areas.
