Looking for a taste of the local culture? Try a Taco Tour next time you're in Puerto Morelos (Riviera Maya)!!

The tour starts with a tequila mezcal tasting and lesson. Then proceeds with a short walking tour around the town of Puerto Morelos at sunset and some nice photo opps.

It concludes at a taco restaurant. The table is specially prepared for your small group and everyone gets to make margaritas and take turns making tortillas. You're even given the ingredients to make your own salsa at whatever spice level you prefer.

There's some time for conversation & relaxation until a variety of tacos arrive, including meat & vegan options. And the trip is rounded out with a stop at a gelato shop where each guest gets to pick a cone or cup for dessert.

Overall, it's about a 3-hour excursion and a delicious way to spend an evening. It's a perfect add-on for a friend trip, girls' getaway, family getaway or corporate group. If you like to eat and would enjoy a touch of local culture - this could be the perfect evening for you!

Let me tell you all about Sugar Beach!! This gem is nestled between the Pitons for the most dramatic views. It honestly takes your breath away. The journey to the spa is like none other and an experience in itself. Accommodations are luxurious and anything but cookie cutter… and each has its own pool. The Cocoa Mill is a must see and a must-taste. Art lovers will be delighted at every turn. I could go on… but if you’re looking for an upscale St. Lucia getaway, we should talk!

Air Travel can be challenging these days! Here are a few tips to help improve your airport & airplane experience!

1) Annoyed by paying for water at the airport? Bring your own empty water bottle and fill it up for free at the airport water station (after passing through security, of course).

2) Go Left for a Shorter Security Line. We are programmed to stay to the right. The majority of us are right-handed and due to hand dominance, will turn to the right when given the option. So going against the flow and turning left could save you a few minutes!

3) Open your overhead air vent. If you cringe when someone nearby coughs on your flight, this is the perfect tip. Airborne germs like to hang around where there is a lack of airflow, so we recommend keeping the vent above you open. The air is fresh and can help blow away any germs that might be trying to find you.

4) Looking to avoid a few more germs? Bring some antibacterial wipes to give your seat area, seatbelt, tray table and vent button a good wipe down.

Love 🍫? St. Lucia’s climate is perfect for cocoa production and they export 80% of their crop to Pennsylvania. There are a couple of great chocolate making experiences on the island where you can create your own chocolate bars... and of course, enjoy some samples!
