Normally, I don’t focus on special deals because a well-planned vacation is about so much more than just the price. But this one? It’s too good not to share!

As January comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the whirlwind of this month. It’s been a mix of exhaustion, gratitude, and awe as I’ve had the privilege of helping my clients plan incredible adventures to start the year.

Yesterday began with quiet moments—reading a chapter from my book and taking a bit of time for myself before diving into work. By 7:00 am, I was at my desk, and it was non-stop from there: meetings, coffee, client calls, and a few short walks on my new walking pad. I didn’t leave my desk until after 5:00 pm.

I’m embarrassed to admit it wasn’t until James and I ran out to grab burritos for dinner that I found out about the recent aviation accident. I took some time to catch up on the news, reading from reputable sources trying to understand what had happened. It felt jarring to spend the day planning flights and itineraries while unaware of such a tragic event unfolding.

My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy—families, friends, communities, and the travel advisor community as well.

I’m ending the month with a reminder to myself: be kind to yourself and others, and don’t take a single day for granted. At the end of it all, our well-being is what matters most.
