Items that stand out in the display is the 8 foot tall Bethlehem/Christmas Star that has 1,528 pixels, then there is the P5 matrix that has 131,072 pixels on the front of the main house that can show videos, pictures, and special effects, a 20 foot tall mega tree with over 4,000 pixels in the center of the yard surrounded by 12 leaping arches, 24 mini trees and a toy train that travels over 80 mil

es a season around the tree, the roof of the house is covered with over 5000 C9 pixel lights that allow for many cool special effects on the roof. The front of the house has 12,000 pixels placed in props such as snowflakes, icicles, wreaths that change a little bit each year. But the most important part of the display is the manger scene that has been in front of the garage every year with a sign remining us all that "Jesus is the Reason for the Season". We are all celebrating Jesus's birthday so every year I add more lights to the display in honor of him. To even add more to the display, we provide lights setup and take down and leaf removal for all of our neighbors for the season. In the surrounding yards you will find static lights and some inflatables.

Hello Everyone! Get ready for the 2024 Bagwell Lights Christmas Light Show starting Thanksgiving night November 28th.

(The lights turn on Thanksgiving Night November 28th at 5pm)

DISPLAY HOURS AND LOCATION:
Before December 28th Display Hours: (Nov. 28th to Dec. 28th)
Sunday through Thursday 5pm to 10pm
Friday and Saturday 5pm to 10:45pm
Located at 2008 E. Cambridge St. Springfield MO., Also we are a google landmark so you can just ask your phone where Bagwell Lights is located.

AFTER CHRISTMAS SHOW:
Starting December 28th the after Christmas Display show starts, the hours will be 5pm to 10pm. The songs will change a little with a military tribute to our Veterans.

ABOUT:
The display will be in 10 yards this year, 8 neighborhood houses along with the 2 main Bagwell houses. We have added a lot of new things this year and will still be adding more lights in the neighborhood over the next couple of weeks so watch for new stuff each night. We also clean up leaves for the entire street to help out our neighbors. It takes over 2 months of setup to make the display happen.

The last night for the display will be New Years Eve.

Having many request we have setup a VENMO account to make it easier to make donations. https://venmo.com/u/BagwellLights There are also Donation Canes on each side of the street as well for those that would like to help us with display costs and also to help others, we like to get presents for foster kids and show them that they are loved. We love and care about our community.

OUR REQUEST:
We ask that you PLEASE stay close to the curbs and be helpful in letting our neighbors get into their driveways. You will see them driving in the middle of the street with their flashers on trying to get to their homes. Do not honk your car horns as the neighbors want to have peaceful evenings in their homes.

TIPS:
Luster street to Cambridge street is the fastest line as 6 to 8 cars move per show vs. 1 to 2 from the Stewart to Cambridge St. line. The lines are usually shorter on Mondays and Tuesdays.

RADIO STATION:
The radio station is 105.5 FM.
